🔄 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, opened cosmetics)

📝 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
  3. Send the item back using the label provided

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your account company
  3. Still haven’t received it? Reach out to us on WhatsApp for assistance.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us on WhatsApp.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
